In a better place

After looking at my weigh-in book, I found that I only gained .2...not bad. Really only a fraction of a pound and considering later on Saturday afternoon I got my period, I just may have lost something last week.

Today, the beginning of my workout week.....30 min elliptical, 15 min. weights

Better than nothing, right? lol

Food choices are going well. Since I now don't have as many hormones running through my body, I'm back to being "in control". Not too snacky, making good food choices. Let's hope I can make it through the week this way!
