Weekly weigh-in
I was so worried that I screwed up again this week. Ever since the oreo mud episode I've been trying to stay on track but knew I went over my points for the week. I was hoping for no more than a 1 pound gain. I only gained .4! Less than half a pound! I'm happy. All is not lost! Now, I'm back (once again) on the weightloss bandwagon. I'm going to try for a bit more cardio this week than I normally do, and try to do a bit better on the fruits and veggies.
